first degree • Jose Juan Parra – sex ual battery against a child under 16 • Antonio Lamont Coley – forgery in the first degree (2 counts) • Bobby Norman Re wis – exploitation of an elderly person • Donovan Ray RiGen berry – possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; theft by stolen property • James Richard Pope – aggravated stalking • Antwan Charles Johnson – burglary in the second degree • Charles Lonnie Wil lis Jr. – driving while license suspended (felony) The Grand Jury also determined that no bill of indictment should be issued for a case involving Crystal Victoria Martin, as there was not enough evidence for the case to go to trial.

The Grand Jury will reconvene on April 22.
