RTCA STUDENT PLACES 2ND — Robert Toombs Christian Academy has announced that sophomore Kate Kennedy placed 2nd in the Vidalia Rotary Speech Contest. Local high school students in grades 9-12 were invited to represent their schools. The aim of the contest is to promote the ideals and ethical values of Rotary by drawing attention to its Four-Way Test and to encourage and foster excellence in the art of public speaking.
