MCES Announces September SOARing Eagles

The Montgomery County Elementary School has announced the September recipients for the monthly SOAR Student award.
The SOAR Student Award celebrates students who honor the Eagle SOAR Code, which is to Strive to do your best, Own your own actions, Act safely, and Respect yourself and others. The award recipients are selected monthly by their teachers.
Students presented with the award include Pre-Kindergar teners Sutton Williams and Adavion Thomas; Kindergarteners Legend Smith, Hudson Albritton, Patience Davis, and Italy Hankerson; First Graders A’aliyah Watson, Shaniyah Wells, Carla Escalante, and Zaidee Clark; Second Graders Kylie Giron, A’Mireekal Wells, Amelia Griffith, and Lakelynn Rogers; Third Graders Cainan Horton, Nasir Fields, Jaxson Pope, and BG Randolph; Fourth Graders Auria Issac, Fayth Thomas, and Annistyn Brown; and Fifth Graders Miranda Giron, Lucy Perez-Aguillon, and Landon Burns. The students were rewarded with a beach towel stamped with the Montgomery County Schools logo, which they will be able to use at an end-of-the-year water day in May.
