PASSING THROUGH VIDALIA – A unique sight passed through the streets of Vidalia and Toombs County on Wednesday, April 24, and Thursday, April 25, as a group of Buddhist monks walked through the area as a part of their 3-month trek from Key West to Niagara Falls. HONORING HIS LEGACY – During the recent Technical College System of Georgia State Board meeting, the Board honored Southeastern Technical College President Larry Calhoun for his dedication to the state’s technical colleges and the legacy he leaves behind.
