These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Juan Manuel Gomez, of Lyons, was arrested on April 8 and charged with Expired Tag, Improper Lane Change, No Insurance- 1st, Driving While Unlicensed, Fleeing, Attempting to Elude Arrest-1st Offense.
Rasheen D’Angelo Jones, of Lyons, was arrested on April 10 and charged with Obstruct Hinder Law Enforcement Officer.
Cynthia (Cindy) Dawn Maltby, of Lyons, was arrested on April 11 and charged with Theft by Taking.
Steven Patrick Andrews O’Neill, of Lyons, was arrested on April 12 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.
Joseph Tro bridge, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on April 12 and charged with Warrant Service.
Jacqueline Nel son was arrested on April 13 and charged with Criminal Trespass, Obstruct, Hinder Law Enforcement Officer.
In Toombs County…
Kacey Emerson, of Glenwood, was arrested on April 7 and charged with Failure to Appear-Felony, TCDC-Out of County Hold.
Chandler Erick son, of Locust Grove, was arrested on April 8 and charged with Unlawful Disposition of Material to Minors, Electronically Furnishing Obscene Material to Minors, Obscene Phone Contact with a Child, Computer or Electronic Pornography and Child Exploitation Prevention Act of 2007, Computer Pornography, Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes.
Don Gresham was arrested on April 9 and charged with TCDC-Out of State Hold.
Eric Johnson, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on April 10 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony-2 Counts, Battery- FVA, Giving False Name, Address or DOB to Officers.
Gabriel Kersey, of Lyons, was arrested on April 7 and charged with Obstructing Police Offense, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd, Removing or Affixing License Plate for Purpose of Concealing Identity of Vehicle.
Frederick Mur ray, of Woodstock, was arrested on April 10 and charged with Criminal Trespass-FVA.
Richard Nan ney, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 11 and charged with DUI-Alcohol 0.08 or Higher.
Mikell Rollins, of Ailey, was arrested on April 11 and charged with Simple Battery.
Ashley Tant, of Statesboro, was arrested on April 8 and charged with TCDCOut of County Hold, Probation Violation-Felony.
Austin Trivett, of Dublin, was arrested on April 8 and charged with Simple Battery FVA, Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree.

Micheal Mitchem, of Lyons, was arrested on March 30 and charged with Warrant served, obstruction.
Khamarion De carlos Richards, of Vidalia, was arrested on March 30 and charged with Theft by taking, criminal trespass.
Bridgette Kay Guzman, of Soperton, was arrested on March 30 and charged with Poss controlled sub, suspended license, headlight requirement, drugs not in org cont.
Porsha Rochelle Delisser, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested on April 1 and charged with Giving false info, driving w/o license, seatbelt.
Devantae Rekhel Ellison, of Milledgeville, was arrested on April 1 and charged with Criminal trespass.

Brandon Nicho las Smith, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 2 and charged with Poss marijuana less than, poss drug related objects.
Richard Dennis Batten, of Blackshear, was arrested on April 3 and charged with Criminal damage to property 1st degree.
Deveney Jolisa Dixon, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on April 3 and charged with DUI, seatbelt.
Antwon Jamar King, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 3 and charged with Warrant served.
Quintlyn Quinn Robinson, of Macon, was arrested on April 3 and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane.
Courtney Elaine Akridge, of Twin City, was arrested on April 4 and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane.
Jaylon Kimuni Vickers, of Dublin, was arrested on April 4 and charged with Suspended license, hands free, warrant served.

Stephen Law rence, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 6 and charged with Speeding, warrant served.
Isaac Lee Tol bert, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 6 and charged with Theft by shoplifting, poss controlled substance/ marijuana, giving false information.

Charlie Lee No bles, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on March 7 and charged with Parole Violation, Possession Of Methamphetamine.
Mark Hunter Trull, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 7 and charged with Aggravated Assault (Family Violence).
Frank Lopez, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 8 and charged with Driving While License Suspended, Speeding.
Jeremiah Robin son, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on April 9 and charged with Prohibition Of Nude or Sexually Explicit Electronic Transmissions.
In Wheeler County…
Tatyana Hellen Hodnett, of Dublin, was arrested on April 7 and charged with Giving or Possessing Liquor, Drugs, Weapons, etc., by an Inmate Without Consent of Warden.
