These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Cody Lee Strick land, of Claxton, was arrested on May 12 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Rigoberto Sales Diaz was arrested on May 12 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed.
Destiny D'Asia Dardy, of Dudley, was arrested on May 14 and charged with No Insurance-1st.
Einizjah Denise Brewton, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 15 and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended, No Insur-ance 1st.
Paul Anthony Hars, of Waynesville, was arrested on May 16 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.
Michelle Knowl den, of Norfolk, VA, was arrested on May 16 and charged with DUI .08 or More, Open Container, Driving While Unlicensed.
Adriana Lee brea Mincey, of Lyons, was arrested on May 17 and charged with Warrant Service-2 Counts.
Meshon Malik Preston, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 17 and charged with Warrant Service-2 Counts.
Mathew George Maltby, of Lyons, was arrested on May 18 and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana Less Than Ounce (Misd), Controlled Substance Not in Original Container, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).

Courtney Atkins, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 16 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.
Brandon Blount, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 16 and charged with DUI/Drugs/Less Safe, Probaiton Violation-Felony.
Lashana Brooker, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 16 and charged with When Lighted Lights and Headlights Required, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd, DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe.
Shante Clark, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 15 and charged with Tires, Material Affixed to Front Windshield or Front Door Windows Which Obstructs Vision Into Vehicle-Penalty for Violation, Headlight Requirement, DUI/Drugs/Less Safe.
Frederick Cuy ler, of Hinesville, was arrested on May 12 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.
Caleb Ellington, of Athens, was arrested on May 16 and charged with TCDC-Out of County Hold, N/A Void Charge, DUI/Alcohol/ 0.08 or Higher, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd, Operating Motor Vehicle While Registration of Such Vehicle is Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked, No Insur-ance, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits.
Rodney Hall, of Alamo, was arrested on May 13 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony, Failure to Appear.
Calvin Herrera, of Uvalda, was arrested on May 15 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe.
Donnell Jordan, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 16 and charged with When Lighted Lights and Headlights Required, DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe.
Cody Kirkland, of Uvalda, was arrested on May 12 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

Christopher Preston, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 11 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony-2 Counts, Affixing of Materials Which Reduce Light Transmission or Increase Light Reflectance Through Windows or Windshields, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd.

John Thomas, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 15 and charged with Expiration and Renewal of Licenses-Reexamination Requirements, Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI/Drugs/Less Safe.
Anthony Toby, of Lyons, was arrested on May 16 and charged with No Seat Belt, DUI-Endangering Child Under 14 YOA While DUI, DUI/ Drugs/Less Safe.
