RTCA Track At State Meet

The Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders track & field teams took part in the GIAA State Meet last week held at Strong Rock Christian. RTCA came home with two State Champions and had several others make the podium.

Mekhia Bell won the State Championship in the 100m dash, and she was also 4th in the 400m dash. Jakobe Mobley came home as State Champion in the high jump, and he was 7th in the 400m dash.

Kylie Acosta came in 2nd place in the triple jump and was 7th place in the long jump. Jayden Toole took 4th place in the high jump. Hayden Meeks finished 5th in the pole vault. And Christian Mixon was 7th in the long jump.

The girls' 4x100m relay team finished in 7th place, and the boys' 4x100m relay team came in 8th place.
