Two Wins For Heritage

The Eagles baseball team of Vidalia Heritage Academy picked up two wins last week as they rolled over David Emanuel Academy and St. Andrew's. vs. DEA It was a big game for RJ Wells at the plate as he drove in five runs in the game. Trevor White added a homerun as VHA pulled away to a run rule win.

VHA scored four runs in the bottom of the first inning to take the early lead, and they added five more in the second inning. Heritage plated a run in the third inning to take a 10-0 lead.

Five more runs crossed in the fourth inning as they took the win, 15- 0. vs. St. Andrew's

It was a similar result on Saturday as the Eagles took the win over the Lions of St. Andrew's. Heritage pulled away early and went on to win the game 16-1 over the Lions.

VHA was led by Luke Moxley with 3 RBI's in the game. Maddyx Herrin, Jake Adams, and Wyatt Norton each drove in 2 runs in the game.

This week VHA hosted John Milledge on Tuesday after presstime. They will be back in action on Thursday at DEA at 6:00 p.m.
