Wheeler County’s 2024 Citizens of Distinction and Businesses of the Year were recognized by the Chamber of Commerce during its 28th annual banquet on Friday, April 26.
FIRES SPREADING QUICKLY – Local fire departments are urging citizens to refrain from burning as current conditions are causing fires to spread easily, like this fire that spread in the northern area of Toombs County.
