BPC Golf Play At ABAC

Brewton-Parker College Men’s Golf traveled to Tifton, Ga., for a twoday tournament hosted by Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (Ga.) on Monday and Tuesday of last week at the Spring Hill Country Club.
The Barons competed in a field of 16 teams and finished 13th with a three-round score of 944 (+80). Anthony Cecchin highlighted the trip with a top-10 finish.
Cecchin led the way for the Barons, carding scores of 79 (+7), 74 (+2), and 72 (E) for a three-way tie for 10th in the individual field. Nicholas Browning finished with scores of 76 (+4), 83 (+11), and 78 (+6) for 41st in the field.
James Dugan followed with scores of 78 (+6), 80 (+8), and 81 (+9) for 48th and was followed by Jesper Larsson in 61st with back-toback scores of 81 (+9) before closing with an 84 (+12). Lastly, Nicholas Hofmann carded scores of 82 (+10), 80 (+8), and 86 (+14).
Brewton-Parker has the LTU Spring Break Invitational slated on the schedule with the Barons set to compete in Opelika, Ala., at Robert Trent Jones Grand National on Mar. 6-8.
