Wreaths Across America To Honor Veterans On Dec. 16

The courage and sacrifice of our milita`ry veterans should never be forgotten. You can show them your appreciation and gratitude through local involvement in the National Wreaths Across America Day on Saturday, December 16.

On this date, the public is invited to gather at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, located at 4969 GA-15 in Vidalia, to come together to remember our fallen, honor those who serve, and teach younger generations the value of freedom through the laying of wreaths at late military service members’ headstones. The event will begin at 12 p.m. with a few shared words before breaking into action.
