BPC Cross Country Earn National Academic Honors

With the Cross Country season coming to a close, two members of the Brewton-Parker men’s cross country team were given national honors for their achievements in the classroom.

Jacob Hackenberry and DJ Christensen were named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes for the 2023 Cross Country season. The duo were listed amongst 491 student-athletes who achieved at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA.

This is the second straight year Men’s Cross Country had a member gain national academic honors.
