These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
• Harold Zaron Wright, of Lyons, was arrested on October 30 and charged with Criminal Trespass, Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of Marijuana Less Than Ounce, Possession of Drug Related Objects.
• Danielle Thompson, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 2 and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended, No Insur-ance 1st, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
• Antwoine Charles Johnson, of Lyons, was arrested on November 3 and charged with Burglary.
In Toombs County…
• Ericka Howard, of Dublin, was arrested on November 3 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony, TCDC-Out of County Hold.
• Charles James, of Columbus, was arrested on November 2 and charged with TCDC-Court Production Order-CPO.
• Dominick Thomas, of Lyons, was arrested on November 1 and charged with Incest; Rape-Sodomy, Aggravated Sodomy; Child Molestation; Probation Violation-Misdemeanor; Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor.
• Jeffery Wilson, of Lyons, was arrested on November 1 and charged with Parole Violation, Theft by Taking.
In Montgomery County…
• Andrew Lovett, of Donaldsonville, was arrested on October 22 and charged with DUI, Speeding, Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance.
• William Kenneth Sparks, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on October 26 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Fentanyl.
In Vidalia…
• Antone Victoria, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 30 and charged with Warrant Served (State Probation).
• Quennasha Hicks, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 30 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.
• Rut Magdalena Trejo, of Baxley, was arrested on October 31 and charged with No Driver’s License.
• Alvaro Vidrio, of Glennville, was arrested on October 31 and charged with Suspended License / Expired Tag.
• Phyllis Yvonne Collins, of Lyons, was arrested on November 2 and charged with DUI – 2nd Offense.
• Saviyah Brantley, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 3 and charged with Aggravated Assault / Burglary / Interference with a
911 Call.
• Robert Fishback, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on November 4 and charged with No Insurance / Speeding.
• Al Cheley, of Cobbtown, was arrested on November 4 and charged with Possession of A Dangerous Drug / Speeding / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• Michael Guthrie, of Vidalia, was arrested on November 5 and charged with Suspended License / Fleeing and Attempting to Elude / No Insurance / Open Container / Possession of a Controlled Substance / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Related Objects / Expired Tag / Warrant Served (Tattnall County ).
• Waylon Guthrie, of Claxton, was arrested on November 5 and charged with Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Related Objects / Possession of Controlled Substance.
• Marlys Leeann Clark, of Ailey, was arrested on November 5 and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Related.
