TCHS Esports Finish Preseason

The Toombs County High School Bulldogs Esports team had a successful preseason, finishing with impressive victories in Splatoon 3, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Rocket League. The team's hard work and dedication paid off as they dominated Peach County and Trinity Christian of Sharpsburg in Splatoon 3, Cook High School in Rocket League, and Evans High School in Mario Kart in the first week of preseason competition.
The team faced some tough competition in the second week, but their performance was no less impressive. The Toombs County Bulldogs Esports team defeated Midtown High School of Atlanta, Brookwood High School, and Chattahoochee High School in Splatoon 3, but lost a tough Rocket League match to East Coweta and a close Mario Kart match to Douglas County.
The Toombs County Bulldogs Esports team is excited to welcome back their Rocket League team this season after a two-season hiatus. The players are working hard to get back into prime form as the regular season begins next week. This season's Mario Kart team is also much younger, with two starters being freshmen gaining their first varsity experience.
As the regular season begins on Tuesday, Coach Corley says the team will continue working hard to improve in all titles. 'I am extremely proud of the team's performance in the preseason, and I am confident that they will continue to perform at a high level in the regular season,' said Coach Corley. 'The team has shown great potential, and I am excited to see what they can accomplish this season.'
The Toombs County Splatoon 3 teams are gearing up for a highly anticipated regular season as they enter the competition ranked #1 and #3 in the state. The Varsity Bulldogs, who are ranked #1, are looking to build upon their success from the Fall 2022 season when they finished as State Runner-Up. The team has been working hard to make sure they are prepared for the challenges that lie ahead and are confident in their ability to perform at a high level. The #3 ranked JV team is also eager to make a statement and show that they belong among the top teams in the state.
