Mr. Kem Louis Frost

Mr. Kem Louis Frost, age 79, of the Kibbee Community, died peacefully on Monday, March 14, 2022, with his beloved wife by his side. He lived most of his life in Toombs and Montgomery Counties, was a 1960 graduate of Toombs Central School, and a graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College in Tifton. He was a lifetime farmer and was truck driver. He was a member of Young Farmers Association and Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kermit Frost and Dealva Allmond Frost; and a brother, Kirby Frost. Survivors include his wife of twenty-one years, Sylvia Frost of Kibbee; 3 children, Karen Cowart and husband Anthony of Marvin Yancey Community, Kimberly Taylor of Butler, and Kenton Frost and wife Philisa of Marvin Yancey; one stepson, Allen Proman and wife Pam of Fleming; one sister, Sandra Frost Kea and husband John of Vidalia;8 grandchildren, Amber Cowart Mosley and husband Michael, Landon Cowart and Abby, all of Toombs Central, Justin Taylor, Jacob Taylor, K.D. Taylor, and Kara Frost, all of Lyons, and Trey Proman and Payton Proman of Fleming; 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service was Thursday, March 17, at 3:00 p.m. in the E.F. Allmond Cemetery in Kibbee with Pastor Paul Wilkes and Pastor Owen Waters officiating.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 689 Old Kibbee Road N, Vidalia, GA 30474.
