Wheeler Drops 3 To Johnson

It was a tough week for the Wheeler County High School baseball team as they took on Johnson County in their threegame Region series.

The first game of the week was on Tuesday in Alamo. Johnson County ran out to an early lead and took the win 14-2 over the Bulldogs.

The final two games were on Friday in Wrighsville. Johnson won the first game 16-1, and then took the second game 13-3.

This week Wheeler will take on Treutlen in their three-game series. The first game was on Tuesday in Soperton after presstime. They will play a double header on Friday in Alamo with the first game starting at 4:00 p.m.
