Mr. Reggie Galbreath

Mr. Reggie Galbreath, age 79, of Appling, GA, died Sunday, February 13, 2022, at his home following an extended illness. He was a native of Montgomery County and was a 1960 graduate of Montgomery County High School. He later moved to Augusta and to Columbia County in 1975. He retired from UPS after thirty-four years and served in the Army National Guard. He was a member of New Corinth Baptist Church. Preceding him in death are his parents, Henry Harrison Galbreath, Sr. and DeAlice Booth Galbreath; and six siblings, Elsie Galbreath Waller, Henry Harrison Galbreath, Jr., S.L. Galbreath, Devoy Galbreath, Heman Booth Galbreath, and Hilburn Keith Galbreath. His family includes his wife of fifty-five years, Gail M. Galbreath of Appling; one sister, Joyce Myrleen Galbreath Skaggs of Ailey; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service was Tuesday, February 15, at 3:00 p.m. at Galbreath Cemetery.
