Handy Andy Stud – Michael Blount is this week's Handy Andy “Stud” of the week. The Handy Andy Stud award is given each week for outstanding effort, attitude and leadership in the VHS weight room.
UNIFIED APPROACH – Several officers and deputies from the Lyons Police Department and Toombs County Sheriff’s Office worked together to locate and apprehend the armed robbery suspect.
DRIVER UNHARMED – Jeffery Adams, Jr., crawled out the window of his pickup truck unharmed after the truck left the roadway and flipped in a nearby ditch. The crash is being investigated by the Georgia State Patrol.
