Wheeler Falls To Dublin

Last Tuesday the Bulldogs basketball team from Wheeler County High School was at Dublin to take on the Irish, losing in the boys game. Dublin had a big first period as they pulled out to a 26-13 lead over the Bulldogs. Wheeler did a better job in the second, but at the end of the first half the score was 40-24 with Dublin out in front.

Dublin added to their lead in the third and were on top 59-40 heading to the fourth. The Irish took the win 73-48 over Wheeler.

On Tuesday of this week Wheeler was at East Laurens after presstime. They will be back in action on Friday when they host Hawkinsville with the girls starting at 6:00 p.m. Then on Saturday the Bulldogs will be at Johnson County with games starting at 6:00 p.m.
