The bobcats took the lead with just over seven minutes left in the first half on a 12-yard touchdown pass. With the PAT they were on top 14-7. Dooly threatened again late in the first half, but the Vikings got a fumble inside their 10yard line to hold the Bobcats out of the end zone, but on the first play by the Vikings, an interception was returned 18 yards for a touchdown. With the extra point the Bobcats led 21-7 at halftime. The Vikings picked up another touchdown early in the third quarter on a short run by Jordan. They missed the PAT, but it was now 21-13.

Dooly added one more touchdown in the game with 4:44 left to play on a 7-yard run. That made the score 28-13, which was the final.
