These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Bobby Ray Brown,

of Vidalia, was arrested on September 3 and charged with Failure to Dim Headlight, Headlight Requirements, Possession of Marijuana Less Than Ounce, No Proof of Insurance, DUILess Safe-Drugs.

In Toombs County…

• Ricardo Cruz, Jr.,

of Lyons, was arrested on August 28 and charged with Misdemeanor Arrest Warrant, Battery.

• Amanda Ken nedy, of Lyons, was arrested on August 25 and charged with Criminal Trespass, Out of County for Tattnall County Sheriff.

• Kory Powell, of

Milledgeville, was arrested on August 24 and charged with Felony Probation Violation.

• Andrea Talaman tez, of Lyons, was arrested on August 26 and charged with Entering Automobile, Felony.

In Montgomery County…

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Police Report for the week was unavailable at presstime.

In Vidalia…

• Jamison Caroline

Stewart, of Glennville, was arrested on August 31 and charged with Aggravated Assault, False Imprisonment.

• Forrest Kyle Drehs,

of Lyons, was arrested on August 31 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting (1st Offense).

• Yashekia McKin ney, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 31 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting (1st Offense).

• Jessica Lynn Hitch cock, of Metter, was arrested on August 31 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting (1st Offense).

• Kenneth Sentel

Brownlee, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 1 and charged with Battery, Criminal Trespass, Cruelty to Children, Warrant Served (Parole/Probation).

• Shavon D. Patter son, of Glenwood, was arrested on September 1 and charged with Terroristic Threats.

• Madison Reese

Farrow, of Tarrytown, was arrested on September 1 and charged with Battery, False Imprisonment.

• Byron Shinhoster,

of Stockbridge, was arrested on September 1 and charged with Criminal Trespass, Aggravated Assault, Kidnapping, Obstruction (Felony).

• Antonio Dernard

Glass, of Helena, was arrested on September 2 and charged with State Warrant Served (Atlanta PD).

• Markyia Deneshay

Smith, of Orlando, FL, was arrested on September 4 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (1st), Child Restraint Violation Under 8 (1st).

• Steve Franklin

Mathis, of Soperton, was arrested on September 3 and charged with Theft by Shoplifting.

• Regina Lamb, of

Vidalia, was arrested on September 3 and charged with Criminal Trespass, Willfully Obstruction of Police Officer Severe/ Forceful, Battery.

• Bobby Meeks, of

Soperton, was arrested on September 3 and charged with State Warrant Service (Treutlen County SO).
