The Toombs County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man suspected of an aggravated assault that occurred on Falcon Drive on Saturday, April 4.
Deputies, drones, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) K-9 unit, the Georgia State Patrol, and the Georgia State Patrol Aviation Unit canvassed the area of Falcon Drive on Saturday night, as they searched for Franky Sisco Banderas, a Hispanic man wanted for an aggravated assault and cruelty to children case that had occurred earlier that day. The Sheriff’s Office alerted the community that Banderas was considered armed and dangerous, and that individuals should avoid approaching him and contact 911 if they saw him.
Based on intelligence information gained by deputies, Banderas is believed to have left the area. Assisting law enforcement agencies have left Toombs County, but are still searching for Banderas throughout the state.
Banderas is 39 yearold, 5’09” tall, and weighs around 210 pounds. If you have any information on his location, call the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office at (912) 526-9292 or 911.
