These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Tyler Weston Causey, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on February 25 and charged with No Insurance-1st, Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended.

• Austin Bartow Carter, of Lyons, was arrested on February 26 and charged with Simple Battery.

• Juan Manuel Almanza-Garcia was arrested on March 1 and charged with Warrant Service.

• Jose Antonio Silva, of Lyons, was arrested on March 2 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, DUI- Less Safe-Alcohol, Open Container, Defective Equipment-No Horn, Headlights, Tail Lights.

In Toombs County…

• Daniel Brown, of Lakeland, was arrested on February 27 and charged with No Insurance, Removing or Affixing License Plate for Purpose of Concealing Identity of Vehicle, DUI/Drugs/Less Safe, Robbery, Aggravated Assault of a Peace Officer, Methamphetamine- Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale.

• Charles Cole man, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 22 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

• Brenton Farmer, of Dublin, was arrested on February 24 and charged with Possession of Firearms by Conv Felons and FOProbationers, Possession of Handgun by Person Under the Age of 18 Years-Felony, Discharge of Firearms on or Near Public Highway, Fe-Conspiracy to Commit Crime, Aggravated Assault.

• Thomas Griffin, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 25 and charged with Obedience Required Traffic-Control Devices- Use of Traffic-Control Signal Monitoring Devices, Failure to Maintain Lane, Possession of Marijuana <1 oz, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd, Hit and Run-Misdemeanor, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.

• Willard Lightsey, of Baxley, was arrested on February 22 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe.

• James Loredo, of Lyons, was arrested on February 25 and charged with Armed Robbery.

• Taylor McClel lan, of Statesboro, was arrested on February 27 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe.

• Brian McCray, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 22 and charged with TCDC-Previous Case (CPO or Detainer)Felony.

• Shannon Mos ley, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 24 and charged with Out of County for Laurens County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jeremy Smith, of Baxley, was arrested on February 23 and charged with Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor.

• Terry Tootle, of Reidsville, was arrested on February 27 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.

In Vidalia…

• Patricia Ann Sloan, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 25 and charged with DUI.

• Buffine Horne, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 26 and charged with Loitering or Prowling.

• Timothy St. John, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 26 and charged with Warrant served (Reidsville PD).

In Montgomery County…

• Quanayshia Ke wanna Daniels, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 23 and charged with Cruelty To Children 1st Degree.

• Micah Mitchell Taylor, of Ailey, was arrested on February 27 and charged with Possession of a Pistol or Revolver Under 18, Carrying a Weapon In School Safety Zones, Contributing To Delinquency of a Minor.

• Christian Anto nio Wideman, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 28 and charged with DUI/ Drugs/Less Safe, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz., Possession of a Pistol or Revolver Under 18.

In Wheeler

County…

• Russell Aaron Cardell, of Glenwood, was arrested on February 17 and charged with DUI-1st Offense, Obstructing Law Enforcement Officers, Too Fast For Conditions, Failure to Signal When Turning or Changing Lanes, Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Police.

• Charles Earl Coleman, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 21 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Failure to Maintain Lane, DUIDrugs Less Safe-1st Offense, Tags-Operate Vehicle Without Revalid Tag/Dec, No Proof of Insurance.

• Gourav Gourav, of S Richmond HL, NY, was arrested on February 17 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits.

• No Given Name Harsh, of Fresno, CA, was arrested on February 17 and charged with Marijuana-Possess Less Than 1 oz.

• Daquwon Anto nio Price, of Jonesboro, was arrested on February 21 and charged with Probation Violation for Fingerprintable Charge- Felony.

• Kenneth John son Butler, of Uvalda, was arrested on February 28 and charged with Hold for Toombs County Sheriff’s Office.

• Cody Wyatt Carter, of Alma, was arrested on February 26 and charged with Possession of Marijuana.

• Marvin Jacob Floyd, of McRae/Helena, was arrested on February 24 and charged with Simple Battery-Family Violence.

• Tasherna Kes haye Folsom, of Wrightsville, was arrested on February 26 and charged with Giving or Possessing Liquor, Drugs, Weapons, etc., by an Inmate Without Consent of Warden, Violation of Oath by Public Officer, Tampering With Evidence- Felony.

• Jody Lynn Mer ritt, of Glenwood, was arrested on March 1 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, DUI-Less Safe-Drugs, Seatbelt-Adult, No License on Person, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects.

• Michael An thony Selph, of Milan, was arrested on March 1 and charged with DUILess Safe-Drugs, Failure to Maintain Lane.

• Micheal Scott Spires, of Eastman, was arrested on March 1 and charged with Charges Pending.

• Guadalupe Selena Vargas, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on February 24 and charged with Probation Violation For Fingerprintable Charge-Felony-2 Counts.

• Daiqiri Ejeanie cia Willis, of Alamo, was arrested on February 24 and charged with Theft By Shoplifting-3 Counts.

• William Bryan Wood, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on February 27 and charged with DUI-Drugs Less Safe-1st Offense, Safety Belts Violaton (Adults), Impeding the Free Flow of Traffic, Methamphetamine- Possession With Intent, Methamphetamine- Possession of, Crossing State/County Guard Lines With Weapons, Intoxicants, Drugs Without Consent.

In Soperton…

• Alex Rios-Lopez, of Soperton, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass- On Property.

In Treutlen County…

• Danny Sellers, of Soperton, was arrested on February 20 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Possession of Drug Related Objects.

• Frank Johnson, of Soperton, was arrested on February 20 and charged with Suspended License.

• Sammy Lee Miller, of Soperton, was arrested on February 21 and charged with Suspended License.

• Tony Wiggins, of Soperton, was arrested on February 21 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Possession of Cocaine, Seatbelt Violation, Too Fast for Conditions, Failure to Dim Headlights, Weaving Over Roadway, Obedience to Traffic Control Device, Failure to Stop for Stop Sign x6.

• Rozier Miller, of Warrenville, SC, was arrested on February 23 and charged with Probation Violation.

• Aunray Mandel Stanford, of Columbia, SC, was arrested on February 23 and charged with Bench Warrant.

• David Lugo, of Rincon, was arrested on February 25 and charged with DUI, Speeding.
