ONE GEORGIA AGRICULTURAL EXPERIENCE – Toombs County 4-H’ers Daniel Cerillo, Alexa Acosta, Mileni Nahuaca, and Anna Lynn Hutcheson were 4 of 22 Georgia 4-H Club Members selected to attend the One Georgia Agricultural Experience, two 3-day sessions where the students will gain experiences in different regions of Georgia, gaining firsthand knowledge of our state's #1 industry—agriculture. From learning about agricultural production to exploring the many careers and opportunities within the industry, these students will discover the vital role agriculture plays in Georgia's economy and everyday life. HONORING HIS LEGACY – During the recent Technical College System of Georgia State Board meeting, the Board honored Southeastern Technical College President Larry Calhoun for his dedication to the state’s technical colleges and the legacy he leaves behind.
