VCS Instrumental Showcase Concert Slated for May 12

The Vidalia City Schools System will showcase their students’ knowledge of music and growth over the year, as they host the annual Instrumental Showcase Concert at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12.

The concert will feature performances by the district’s 5th, 6th, and 7th-8th Grade Concert Bands, along with the Vidalia High School Jazz Band and Percussion Ensemble. The night is sure to be filled with energy, rhythm, and talent from students of various skill levels and ages.

The event is free and open to the public, and will be held at the Vidalia High School gymnasium, located at 901 North Street West in Vidalia.
