These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
William Kyle Stephens, of Lyons, was arrested on April 29 and charged with Criminal Trespass.
Matthew Mc Clinton Folsom, of Vidalia, was arrested on April 30 and charged with No Insurance- 1st, Expired Tag, Windshield Violation.
Robert An thony, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on May 1 and charged with Warrant Service.
D'Atra Shavone Brown, of Lyons, was arrested on May 2 and charged with Battery.
Devon Eugene Roundtree, of Lyons, was arrested on May 2 and charged with Battery.
Ervin Donnell Mincey, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on May 2 and charged with Warrant Service, Public Drunkenness.
Rafael Florez, of Lyons, was arrested on May 3 and charged with Warrant Service, DUI-Less Safe-Alcohol, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Failure to Maintain Lane.
Leland John son, of Lyons, was arrested on May 4 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, Possession of Drug Related Objects, No Insurance-1st.
Herson Aki Johnson, of Lyons, was arrested on May 4 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).

Robert Powell, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on May 3 and charged with DUI, Following too closely.
Aaron Esealera, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on May 3 and charged with DUI.
Joshua Willis, of Uvalda, was arrested on May 3 and charged with DUI, Failure To Maintain Lane.
David Brenski, of Valdosta, was arrested on May 3 and charged with DUI, Fleeing or Attempting To Elude, Riding Motorcycle Without Helmet, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, DUI.
Xavier Herring, of Waycross, was arrested on May 3 and charged with Possession Of Marijuana w/ Intent, Possession Of Items Prohibited By Inmates, Possession Of A Schedule I Controlled Substance (3cts).

Shayla Gardner, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on April 29 and charged with Violation of Oath by Public Officer; Giving or Possession Liquor, Drugs, Weapons, etc., by an Inmate Without Consent of Warden.
Luis Jose Gon zalez Castillo, of Orlando, FL, was arrested on April 29 and charged with Wrong Class of Driver’s License, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign at RR Crossing.
Jose Felix Men doza-Guerrero, of Uvanda, was arrested on May 1 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving Without License.

Marcus Elliot Brunson, of Rincon, was arrested on April 27 and charged with Probation Violation.
Exavier De’Andre Thomas, of Soperton, was arrested on April 28 and charged with Criminal Damage to Property-2nd Degree- 2 Counts.
