The Bulldogs first traveled to Sunset Country Club in Moultrie on Saturday, March 28, where they competed against a deep field of teams. Toombs County posted a team score of 338, finishing 13th out of 33 teams.

Just two days later, the Bulldogs traveled to Columbus to compete in the 49th Annual Larry Gaither Invitational, one of the longestrunning high school golf tournaments in the country. The prestigious two-day event features strong programs from across the region and provided another opportunity for the Dawgs to test themselves against top competition.
Toombs County opened the tournament with an impressive 314, highlighted by a historic round from senior Drew Woodruff, who fired a 1-under par 71. Supporting scores on day one included Rhys Ward (78), Noah Anken (82), and Vick Moore (83).
On the second day of competition, the Bulldogs posted a 327 team score. Woodruff again led the team with a 79, followed by Vick Moore with an 80, while Gavin Ward and Noah Anken each carded rounds of 84.
