The print signifies the leap of faith Lasseter Tractor Company has taken by building a new state of the art facility to support the agricultural industry in Toombs and surrounding counties. Lasseter began in 1956 in Moultrie, Ga and expanded to 6 locations throughout Southern Georgia. The new facility in Lyons is 62,000 square feet of space that includes offices, parts department, retail showroom and service and repair shop. WASHED OUT ROADS – Because of the storms that came through the area on Sunday, May 11, and Monday, May 12, several roads throughout Toombs County have become washed out, leaving several road hazards for drivers.
