Heritage Archery Works Toward State

The Vidalia Heritage Academy archery teams competed at the NASP State Qualifier on Saturday. Both the Elementary and Varsity Archery Teams came in 1st Place.

On an individual level, Josey Harrell won 1st Place for Varsity Girls and was the high scorer of the entire tournament. Teagan Carney came in 2nd Place for Varsity Girls. Jack Puckett came in 2nd Place for Varsity Boys. Ivy Hightower won 1st Place for Middle School Girls and was 2nd highest scorer of the entire tournament. Sarah Grace Todd was 2nd for Middle School Girls and had two perfect rounds. In the Elementary Girls competition, Annison Hightower came in 1st Place and Emmie Hightower came in 2nd. Gavin Johnson came in 1st Place for Elementary Boys. The Eagles will next compete at the NSAP State Tournament.
