Vidalia Lady Indians Soccer Over Tattnall

The Vidalia High School soccer teams faced off with Tattnall County’s Warriors at home on Tuesday, and then were at the Bears of Pierce County on Friday.

Vs. Tattnall In the girls game against Tattnall County the Lady Indians ran away with a 4-1 victory. VHS scored two goals in the first half to lead 2-1 at the break. The Lady Indians added two more in the second half for the 4-1 win.

Allie Whitaker and Georgia Meredith each scored two goals for VHS. The boys had a tough go against the Warriors as they dropped their match 3-0.

Vs. Pierce

The Bears of Pierce were too much for the Indians in both the girls and boys games. The Lady Indians fell in their contest 9-0, while the boys lost their game 3-0.

This week VHS hosted Dodge County on Tuesday after presstime, and will be back in action on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. when they travel to Swainsboro to take on the Tigers.
