VHS CELEBRATES HISPANIC HERITAGE — ….

VHS CELEBRATES HISPANIC HERITAGE — Students at Vidalia High School celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15- October 15) by choosing various topics involving the Latino and Hispanic impact on American and World History. The students researched these topics and made creative posters and projects displaying the information that they gathered and organized. The students presented these poster/ projects to their classmates, then posted them throughout the school. This is a part of the Mission of VHS to teach students to understand and appreciate the diversity of America and to work with other ethnic groups in our multicultural society. (L to R): Front Row: Ava Helms, Braylie Davis, Gisselle Mata, Back Row: Jordan Johnson, Liam MacGregor, and Jeremy Best.
