These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Benedict An thony Campbell, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 12 and charged with Driving Vehicle While License Suspended or Revoked (First).

• Robert Brian

Palmer, of Claxton, was arrested on May 15 and charged with DUI-.08 or More.

• Darius R. Gard ner, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 16 and charged with DUI-.08 or More.

In Toombs

County…

• Scottie Allen, of

Lyons, was arrested on May 13 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony, TCDC-revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

• Corey Butler, of

Glenwood, was arrested on May 12 and charged with Controlled Substance-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Restrictions on use of blue lights on vehicles-1st Offense, Possession of Marijuana <1 oz, Possession of Drug Related Objects.

• Marcus Grimes,

of Lyons, was arrested on May 13 and charged with Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

• Delvinnear Jor dan, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 13 and charged with Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

• Kameron

McLemore, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 14 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting To Elude a Police Officer, Probation Violation-Felony.

• Tyler Rapp, of

Vidalia, was arrested on May 11 and charged with Battery-Family Violence (1st Offense), Simple Assault/ Battery, Terroristic Threats/Intimidation/ Acts.

• Earl Spikes, of Ly ons, was arrested on May 9 and charged with Simple Battery FVA.

• Stacy Sweat, of

Uvalda, was arrested on May 10 and charged with Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree.

• William Taylor, of

Lyons, was arrested on May 15 and charged with Controlled Substance-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale, Probation Violation- Felony, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Possession of Marijuana <1oz, Possession of Drug Related Objects.

• Chad Turner, of

Uvalda, was arrested on May 12 and charged with Cruelty to Children (1st degree), Cruelty to Children- 3rd degree, Obstructing or hindering emergency medical technicians or emergency medical professionals: criminal penalty-Misdemeanor, TCDC-Out of County Hold, Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.

• Joshua Turner, of

Uvalda, was arrested on May 9 and charged with Cruelty to Children (1st degree), Battery-Family Violence (1st Offense), Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree.

• Kendall Williams,

of Vidalia, was arrested on May 13 and charged with TCDCRevoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

• Susan Woodard,

of Baxley, was arrested on May 10 and charged with TCDCOut of County Hold for Walthourville PD.

In Montgomery

County…

• Dylan Lee Pow ell, of Ailey, was arrested on May 10 and charged with Burglary, Theft by Taking (Felony).

• Cesar Martinez Sanchez, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on May 14 and charged with DUI, Driving w/Suspended License.

In Vidalia…

• Tyler Lewis Rapp,

of Alamo, was arrested on May 11 and charged with Battery.

• Juan Carlos L.

Ramirez, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 12 and charged with Seatbelt Violation / No Driver’s License.

• Jordan A. Lord,

of Soperton, was arrested on May 12 and charged with No Tag / Possession of Marijuana / No Insurance.

• Melvin James

Ramsey, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 13 and charged with Reckless Conduct / Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon.

• Kenneth May weather, Jr., of Collins, was arrested on May 16 and charged with Seat Belt Violation / Possession of Marijuana / Suspended License.

• Frank Lee

Hampton, of Vidalia, was arrested on May 16 and charged with Obstruction / Possession of a Controlled Substance.

• Chelsea Marie

Marble, of Swartz Creek, MI, was arrested on May 16 and charged with Criminal Trespass / Simple Obstruction.
