The Greater Vidalia ® Chamber graduated the 2020-2021 class of Toombs-Montgomery Youth Leadership (TMYL) on Monday, March 15, at Lyons First Baptist Church. TMYL is a program offered by the Chamber to foster leadership and community service in juniors and seniors from area high schools. Schools represented this year were Toombs County High School, Montgomery County High School, Vidalia High School, Robert Toombs Christian Academy, and Vidalia Heritage, along with a home school representative.

The program is cochaired by Janna and Derek Park and Marissa Brown. Sessions included Agriculture, Economic Development, Healthcare and Community Service, Professional Development, and Putting Your Best Foot Forward- Etiquette Training.

TMYL is presented by Southern Nuclear, and graduation was sponsored by The Temples Company and Brewton-Parker College.

Graduates of the 2020- 2021 Toombs-Montgomery Youth Leadership class are: Merle (Brooks) MacGregor, Lazaria Williams, Kierston Coleman, Tabatha Bailey, Robert (Rob) Moore, Carleigh DeFee, Ellie Graham, Caleb Worth, James Poppell, Kenna Marsh, Jordan Powell, Jacob Thompson, Victoria (Torie) Lane, Caleb Proenza, Benjamin Beverly, Jackson Crawley, Ella Brown, Matt (Landry) Mead, Elizabeth Wilcox, Jonathan (Tucker) Coleman, Cheyenne Anderson, Brynna Wheeler, and Konner Owens.
