Mr. Charles Smith

Mr. Charles E. Smith, age 82, of Scott, died on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at Scott Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Smith was a lifelong resident of the Laurens County area. He was a member of Mt. Olive Church of The Nazarene and was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Waldo and Helen Houser Smith Rowland.

A graveside funeral service was conducted on Thursday, March 4, 2021, at 12:00 p.m., in Carter’s Chapel Cemetery, with Rev. L.T. Logue officiating.

Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton was in charge of arrangements.
