AREA GOOD CITIZENS – Seniors from the area schools were presented with the DAR Good Citizen Award, which was voted on by their teachers and peers at each respective school. A VETERAN WORKING FOR VETERANS – Department of Veterans Services (DVS) District Manager Debbie O’Neal is inspired in her work for veterans by not only her family’s history of military service, but also her own time in the U.S. Navy. O’Neal attended boot camp in Orlando before working offshore in San Francisco until 1992. Here, she stands in her office next to her military portrait.
