These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Tyron Gerald

Singleton, of Lyons, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Aggravated Battery.

• Don Carl Pol lette, Jr., of Soperton, was arrested on December 10 and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, DUI-Less Safe-Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Failure to Exercise Due Care, Seatbelt Violation 18 and Up, Driving Without License on Person.

• Ramone Esc obedo, of Lyons, was arrested on December 11 and charged with Aggravated Assault.

In Toombs County…

• Billy Courson, of

Lyons, was arrested on December 8 and charged with Aggravated Stalking, Probation Violation-Felony.

• Cindy Crapps.

of Vidalia, was arrested on December 10 and charged with TCDC-Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

• Annette Rood,

of Vidalia, was arrested on December 7 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane.

• Preston Thorn ton, of Woodbine, was arrested on December 11 and charged with TCDCRevoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

In Montgomery County…

• Alex Carmi chael Williams, of Hattiesburg, MS, was arrested on December 8 and charged with Reckless Driving, Possession of Marijuana <1oz.

• Kelly Renae

Jones, of Ailey, was arrested on December 13 and charged with Battery.

In Vidalia…

• Margarita M. St urgis, of Uvalda, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Forgery !st Degree / Theft By Deception.

• Lenworth Jamal

Welsh III, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Warrant Served (Jefferson Co.).

• Matthew Rolan

Williams, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 9 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

• Bradley Curtis

MCCune, of Ludowici, was arrested on December 9 and charged with Driving While License Suspended.

• Misael Ruiz Ruiz,

of Agua Fria Penamiller, Mexico, was arrested on December 10 and charged with No Drivers License.

• Jeffery Dudley

Hayes, of Ailey, was arrested on December 11 and charged with No Drivers License / Speeding / Child Restraint x3.

• Derris Jamal

Smith, of Greensboro, was arrested on December 11 and charged with Warrant (Hancock County).

• Steven A. Doug las, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 11 and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance / Poss. Of Marijuana / Simple Obstruction / Burglary.

• Shandrika Sher ell Corouthers, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 11 and charged with Suspended License / No Insurance / Headlight Requirments.

• Michael De nard Anthony, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 11 and charged with Criminal Trespass,
