Wheeler Wins Two Games
The Wheeler County High School Bulldogs softball team picked up two wins last week as they defeated Johnson County at home on Tuesday and then won easily over Dublin at home on Thursday.
Wheeler took the win over the Trojans by the score of 4-0 on Tuesday, and then rolled over Dublin by the run rule in just three innings. Wheeler put 23 runs on the board to take the win.
They improved their record to 12-5 overall and they are 9-3 in Region play sitting in second place behind Wilcox County.
Wheeler has one game left in the regular season this Thursday when they host Hawkinsville at 5:00 p.m.
