The annual Homecoming at Charlotte United Methodist Church, near Uvalda, scheduled for October 25 has been cancelled due to COVID19. Please continue to pray for our churches to survive during this pandemic. We look forward to a great Homecoming Day at Charlotte in 2021.

Contest

Residents are invited to participate in the community Spooktacular Virtual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Go to the Downtown Vidalia Association event page, choose a category and post a photo of you and your pumpkin in a downtown setting on the event page by October 29. Likes will be counted as votes and a cash award will be given to the People’s Choice winners for each category. The event is being sponsored by Altamaha Bank and Trust.
