Rehabilitation includes repairing failed panels through full depth replacement, spall and crack repair, and remarking the runway in its entirety. Taxiway B will also be remarked as a part of this project as shown on the construction plans. A complete set of Bid Documents, consisting of the Notice To Bidders, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, Bid Forms, Agreement Forms, and Contract Drawings, will be available on Monday, July 13, 2026; and may be obtained via the Passero Associates website, www.passero.com, under the “BIDS” tab. Each BID shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked and addressed as required below; and shall be accompanied by the Bid Security and other required documents. If the BID is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation 'BID ENCLOSED for (Project Name)' on the face thereof. Submit one (1) original and one (1) electronic copy on a USB Flash Drive of the Bid Form, Schedules, and other required documents. Indicate the following information on the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid: Project Name as stated on page one of the Bid Forms, Project Number, Location of Airport, Bidder's Name and Address. The City of Vidalia in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
