Vidalia Onion Recipes Courtesy of A& M Farms + VidaliaOnions.com Aries’ Secret Soy Sauce Vidalias 4 Servings INGREDIENTS 2 jumbo Vidalia Onions, chopped to preferred size ½ stick of butter 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp of soy sauce DIRECTIONS Place chopped Vidalias in a skillet, cook till slightly crispy. Add some butter, then add garlic powder to taste. Then add desired amount of soy sauce. Cool for a couple of minutes, and then serve. Avocado Toast with Vidalia Onion & Hot Sauce 4 Servings INGREDIENTS Loaf of Dave’s Killer Bread (Powerseed) 1 Avocado Rancho Gordo – La Paloma Mild Sauce for Hot People 1 Jumbo Vidalia Onion 1 Lime DIRECTIONS Cut avocado in half, remove seed, then cut each side into small cubes (within skin). Toast 4 pieces of bread. Cut Vidalia into small cubes. Spread avocado onto each piece of bread, then apply liberal amount of Vidalia onion on top of each piece of toast. Apply hot sauce, and a touch of squeezed lime. Enjoy! Hot Vidalia Onion Dip 2-4 Servings INGREDIENTS Two 8oz. blocks of cream cheese ½ cup Vidalia Onions, chopped 1 large can of chicken, drained 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes, drained ¼ cup chopped hot peppers (your choice) DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients together and place into baking dish. Bake at 325° for 10-15mins (until bubbling in the center). Let cool for 5 mins.
