CHSGa Home Health have been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs for their excellent patient service, as they have been named a Premier Performer in the SHPBest Patient Experience Award program.
The award program was created to acknowledge home health agencies that consistently provide high quality service to their patients. The 2024 Patient Experience Award recipients are companies that were determined to be among the best in the industry, as officials reviewed and ranked over 3,200 home health providers. These reviews and rankings were based on evaluations from surveys of patients done through the Home Health Care Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCCAHPS), which is the largest home healthcare consumer assessment of healthcare providers and systems in the country.
CHSGa Home Health not only earned an award, but was also designated as a Premier Performer, as they achieved an overall patient score that was in the top 5% of scores in the country.

This achievement reflects the compassion and hard work of our entire team, who go above and beyond to ensure our patients feel supported, respected, and cared for in the comfort of their homes each and every day,” CHSGa Home Health Administrator Leigh Ann Beck emphasized. “Thank you to our dedicated staff and to the families who trust us to be part of their journey. This award is a celebration for all and a reminder that excellence is not a onetime act, but a daily commitment CHSGa Home Health has made to integrity, continuing education, and the consistent delivery of exemplary home healthcare.”
Strategic Healthcare Programs President Kevin Vogel also commented on the award. “SHP recognizes how much hard work is involved in providing excellent patient care, and we are proud to acknowledge the tireless efforts of our top-performing customers through our annual SHPBest award program. These organizations care deeply about the patient experience and they never stop striving to improve every single year,” he remarked.
