Toombs County Health Department Offers School Immunizations and Screenings

Check School Immunizations and Screenings Off Your Summer To-Do List!

Make sure your child is ready for the 2026-2027 school year with a clean bill of health!

In preparation for the upcoming school year, the Toombs County Health Department will be providing vaccines, as well as offering hearing, vision, and dental screenings, to fulfill requirements for Georgia DPH Forms 3231 and 3300 for school attendance in Georgia. These services are available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary for these services!

The Toombs County Health Department (located at 714 Northwest Broad Street in Lyons) is part of the Georgia Department of Public Health’s Southeast Health District.
