Arianna Hill Signs with Reinhardt

For the past four years, Arianna Hill has been a fixture on the hardwood for Toombs County High School, leaving a mark that will not soon be forgotten by the Lady Bulldogs program. Now, she is officially ready to take her game to the collegiate level.
Hill signed her letter of intent to continue her basketball career at Reinhardt University, capping off a stellar high school tenure defined by consistency, high-level production, and quiet leadership.
The senior guard’s resume speaks for itself. During her time in a Lady Bulldogs uniform, Hill eclipsed the 1,400-point mark and proved to be a matchup problem for opponents night in and night out. She earned All-Region honors in all four of her varsity seasons, and her final campaign culminated in an All-State selection alongside being named the Region Player of the Year. Just as impressively, she balanced the heavy athletic workload with a 3.97 GPA in the classroom.
Toombs County Head Coach Melody Walker noted that Hill’s graduation leaves a significant void, acknowledging the rare combination of character and talent she brought to the team.
'Arianna is one of those special kids that don't come around every year,' Walker said. 'She has been excellent in the classroom, been a leader on and off the court, and we are just grateful to have had her here at Toombs County. Reinhardt is a good environment for her, and she fits the program well.' For Hill, the decision to sign with the Eagles ultimately came down to the coaching staff's approach and finding a campus culture that aligned with her personal values. Reinhardt offered the right blend of competitive athletics and an environment where she felt comfortable taking her next steps.
'The coaches have just been great at Reinhardt,' Hill stated. 'They made me feel welcomed and wanted, and I just felt it was where God was calling me to be. It is a Christian school, so it is a place where I can stay rooted in my faith. I want to thank my family for being behind me, God for the opportunity to do this, Coach Walker for everything that she has put into me and for standing behind me in my decision.'
