Lyons Celebrates CTAE Month

During the February meeting of the Lyons City Council, Mayor Willis NeSmith Jr. issued several proclamations celebrating the Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) groups at Toombs County Middle/High School.
Through these proclamations, NeSmith declared that the city should recognize February 8-14 as National Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Week, February 9-13 as National Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) week, February 21-28 as National Future Farmers of America (FFA) Week, and February as CTAE Month.
Several of the officers and advisers from these student organizations attended the meeting, as they thanked NeSmith and the city for their support.
