While the Crusaders found more success scoring in the second half, the Highlanders had an answer for every RTCA run. Robert Toombs trailed 52-37 heading into the final period. Although the Crusaders played much more competitively in the closing stages, the early gap was too much to overcome, resulting in a 67-53 loss to FPCA.

The Lady Crusaders finished the regular season with a record of 13-9 and they were 1-3 in the Region. The boys were 15-8 on the year and 4-2 in Region play.

RTCA will play in the Region Tournament at Brewton-Parker Christian University starting on Thursday with the girls at 5:30 p.m. and the boys game to follow.
