These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Marvin Salome Acabal Utuy, of Lyons, was arrested on January 28 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed.
Martha Revlas, of Lyons, was arrested on January 29 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, Tinted Window Violation, Tail Light and Tag Light Requirements, No Proof of Insurance.
Crystal Ariana Viar, of Lyons, was arrested on February 2 and charged with Warrant Service.
Maria Elias, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 2 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, Headlight Requirements.
In Toombs County…
Lakin Elrod, of Soperton, was arrested on January 31 and charged with Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor, Prescription Drugs Must be in Their Original Container(s)-Misdemeanor.
Jason Foskey, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 28 and charged with Child Support Pick Up Order.
Anthony Har vey, of Eastman, was arrested on January 28 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony-2 Counts.
Christopher Jackson, Jr., of Vidalia, was arrested on January 31 and charged with Obstruction, Interference, or Hindrance of Duties-Misdemeanor; Possession of Marijuana >1 oz.Felony; Headlight Requirement-Misdemeanor.
Jenny Kennedy, of Lyons, was arrested on January 29 and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
Frank Lopez, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 26 and charged with Child Support Pick Up Order.
Dustin Love, of Ailey, was arrested on January 25 and charged with Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor- 2 Counts, Probation Violation-Felony.
Daniel Lumley, of Uvalda, was arrested on January 29 and charged with Disorderly Conduct-County Ordinance.
Tyreke McKin non, of Lyons, was arrested on January 30 and charged with Possession of Firearm or Knife During Certain Crimes, Criminal Interference With Government Property, Discharge of Firearms on or Near Public Highway, Aggravated Assault- 2 Counts.
Bria Singleton, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 29 and charged with Theft by Taking.
Edward Wright, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 28 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, etc., Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor-2 Counts.

Sheldon Ber nard Williams, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on January 29 and charged with Aggravated Stalking.
Patrick Anthony Deen, of Vidalia, was arrested on January 29 and charged with Felony Probation Violation.
Jonathan Madi son, of Soperton, was arrested on January 29 and charged with DUI Drugs, Driving Without a License, Window Tint Violation.
Jacob Matthew Jones, of Waycross, was arrested on January 30 and charged with Theft by Deception.
Shakaria Latay Elam, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on January 30 and charged with Cruelty to Children-1st Degree.

Rodney De wayne Hall, of Alamo, was arrested on February 2 and charged with No Insurance, Suspended Registration, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misdemeanor, Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Greyson Elijah Matzo, of Tifton, was arrested on January 31 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misdemeanor.
Charles Richard McDaniel, of Dexter, was arrested on January 30 and charged with Probation Violation for Fingerprintable Charge-Felony.
Michael Paul McDaniel, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on January 26 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, Obstructing Law Enforcement Officers, Open Container of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle, Possession of Ounce or Less of Marijuana, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Schedule II Controlled Substance-Possession of, Tampering With Evidence- Felony.
