While the Lady Eagles struggled against a dominant Lady Trojans squad, the boys’ team provided the home crowd with a thrilling finish, securing a narrow victory.

Girls It was a tough night on the hardwood for the Lady Eagles, as Telfair County controlled the tempo from the opening tip. The Lady Trojans’ offense fired on all cylinders early, establishing a 19-5 lead by the end of the first quarter.

Montgomery County struggled to find an offensive rhythm in the second quarter, allowing the deficit to grow. By halftime, Telfair had pushed their advantage to 36-10, leaving the Lady Eagles with a steep hill to climb. The second half saw the Lady Trojans pull away completely to seal a 70-18 victory.
