These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Toombs County…
Sherry Banks, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 1 and charged with Forgery- 3rd Degree-9 Counts.
Stephen Co routhers, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 2 and charged with Registration of Sex Offenders, Aggravated Assault, Probation Violation-Felony-3 Counts.
Melissa Funder burg, of Augusta, was arrested on December 5 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Marcus Grimes, of Lyons, was arrested on December 4 and charged with TCDC-Off Bond-Previous Case.
Tyrune Kelsey, of Sandersville, was arrested on December 4 and charged with TCDC-Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.
Lazaro Marti nez, of Twin City, was arrested on November 30 and charged with Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Driving While Unlicensed-Citation, TCDC-Immigration Hold.
Karen McKin ney, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 4 and charged with TCDC-Sentenced on Previous Case.
William Stecko wich was arrested on December 5 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Jacob Taylor, of Lyons, was arrested on December 6 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Tyquan Toby, of Lyons, was arrested on December 2 and charged with TCDCCourt Production Order- CPO.
In Montgomery County…
Gernel Young, Jr., of Atlanta, was arrested on December 2 and charged with Giving Inmates Items Prohibited without Consent of Warden.
Rupesh Budha – thoki, of Uvalda, was arrested on December 7 and charged with DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane.
In Vidalia…
Daniel Santoyo Granados, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 2 and charged with No driver’s license, tail/ tag light require ment.
Andrew Paul Keene, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 3 and charged with Battery, suspended license.
Benjamin Mi chael Lanier, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 3 and charged with DUI, escape x 2.
Lavell Carshon Holland, of Lyons, was arrested on December 3 and charged with Fleeing, attempting to elude arrest, poss marijuana with intent, poss drug related obj, failure to obey stop sign, headlight require ments, no insurance, driving on wrong side of roadway, no driver’s license, controlled substance not in original container, suspended registration, reckless driving.
In Wheeler County…
Saniyah Brish uana Clark, of Alamo, was arrested on December 1 and charged with Battery (FV)-1st Offense.
Jeremiah Sa dale Kirkland, of Jonesboro, was arrested on December 1 and charged with Probation Violation for Fingerprintable Charge-Felony.

The City of Soperton reported no arrests for the week.

Tramaine Lyles, of Soperton, was arrested on November 22 and charged with DUI, Speeding, Open Container in Vehicle.
Antonio Terrel Jackson, of Swainsboro, was arrested on November 23 and charged with Bench Warrant.
Garry Neal Henry, of Soperton, was arrested on November 24 and charged with DUI-2 Counts, Failure to Drive Within Single Lane, Open Container in Vehicle, Adult Restraint Law Seat Belt.
Dennis Paul Bur kett, of Soperton, was arrested on November 24 and charged with No Insurance, Expired Vehicle Tag, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Defective or No Headlights.
