Toombs County High School Engineering Teacher Jess Bush will join outstanding Career, Technological, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) teachers across the state for a 9-month professional learning program this year, as he has been selected to join the 9th class of LEAD CTAE.

The class makes up six program sessions, during which participants work to further develop their skills and abilities to lead better at their respective schools.
Over 140 teachers and counselors applied to the program, and Bush was one of 18 teachers and 2 counselors selected for the class. Class members represent middle schools, high schools, and college and career academies from 20 different school systems across the state.
