These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia, Lyons, and Soperton police departments, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Wheeler County Sheriff’s Office, and the Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Daniel Marti nez, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 29 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed.
Robert Newton Edenfield, of Lyons, was arrested on October 30 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Freddie Cor neilius Coney, Jr., of Hazlehurst, was arrested on October 30 and charged with Give False Name, Address, Birthdate to LE Officer; Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), No Working Tail/Brake Lights on Trailer.
Luis Miguel Trejo-Aguilar, of Elizabeth City, NC, was arrested on October 30 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Thomas K. Brown, of Lyons, was arrested on October 31 and charged with Family Violence Provision Battery.
Kenny Bonds, of Lyons, was arrested on November 1 and charged with Aggravated Assault.
Amber Nicole Beasley, of Jackson, SC, was arrested on November 1 and charged with No Insurance- 1st.
Kelli Nichelle Mann, of Lyons, was arrested on November 3 and charged with Warrant Service.

Brandon Den nis, of Lyons, was arrested on October 28 and charged with TCDC-Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.
Joseph Dinuzzo, of Soperton, was arrested on October 30 and charged with TCDC-Court Production Order-CPO.
Ricardo Dyer, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on October 28 and charged with Stop Signs and Yield Signs, Homicide by Vehicle-2nd Degree.
Frederick Grimsley, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 31 and charged with Stalking.
Clinton Scar boro, of Uvalda, was arrested on October 31 and charged with Probation Violation- Felony, TCDCPrevious Case (CPO or Detainer).

Aquannis Mil lett, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on November 1 and charged with Felony Obstruction Of LEO.
Marvin Moad, of Dublin, was arrested on November 1 and charged with Speeding, Driving While License Suspended.

Demario Ra shad Lewis, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 24 and charged with Warrant served.
Allen Tolbert, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 25 and charged with Aggravated stalking.
Donnie Blaine, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 25 and charged with Criminal Trespass.
Emory Irvin Conrad, of Vidalia, was arrested on October 27 and charged with Burglary.
Terrance Lesean Sanks, of Hinesville, was arrested on October 28 and charged with No driver’s license, warrant served (Liberty Co).

Arthur Lee Ellis, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on October 31 and charged with Schedule I or II Controlled Substance-Possession With Intent- 2 Counts, Marijuana- Possess Less Than 1 oz., Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Open Container of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle, DUI-Less Safe-Alcohol, Failure to Maintain Lane.
Whitney Tierra Floyd, of Glenwood, was arrested on November 2 and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Theft by Taking-Misdemeanor, Battery (FV)-1st Offense.
Tucker Shane Fowler, of Scotland, was arrested on October 30 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misdemeanor, Failure to Maintain Lane.

The City of Soperton reported no arrests for the week.

William Andrew Herlovich, of Fitzgerald, was arrested on October 24 and charged with DUI/ Drugs, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Marijuana-Possess Less than 1 oz.
Justin Edward Oliver, of Soperton, was arrested on October 28 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Justin Scott, of Fairburn, was arrested on October 24 and charged with Bench Warrant.
